Event Area INFO & DECLARATIONS

For self-managed small gatherings and community events, there is no charge to use our events area, but we do have a few rules to follow:

Please see the below table plan, it shows how the tables are set out.

Please make sure they are put back in the same numerical order with 6 chairs for each table (every table has a table number sticker on the front). There are yellow squares on the floor, this indicates where the 2 front table legs of each table need to go in each section.


There are also yellow lines on the floor, these are indicators for evacuation routes in case of fire, these routes need to be left clear when setting up stalls, tables or equipment.


Make sure there is a clear path to all fire exit doors.
